purposely only. There is no cost to become a subscriber to the Journal.

Regarding
Children Under 13:
The Journal places a high regard for the well-being and safety of children and will work to ensure children under 13 do not view this site. While the Journal will work to ensure none of its content is offensive to any of its readers, there may be content considered too mature for young children. Therefore, children under 13 are not permitted to register with this site. Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as names, email addresses and phone numbers) over the Internet to any site. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to the Site, we will promptly remove such information from the Journal’s subscriber base.
