Travel Clubs and Themed Vacations

People love to travel with kindred spirits. The ultimate trip would be something that you enjoy and all of your special friends and members of your family that you truly enjoy would be able to go with you and share the wonderful times collecting memories and pictures that you will share together for years.

Unfortunately not everyone on your list has the same amount of vacation time, funds or interest in the same adventures that you would like to experience. Second best then is to join with a group of people that share your enthusiasm and interest in going to a particular destination. There are all types of travel clubs. Some cost money and advertise discounted rates. Some target singles, some look out for the senior market, some may be set up for single parents and their children so that they can travel with others in a similar situation. Once you have traveled with this group you will be pleasantly surprised at how many interests you share and look forward to future trips that the group can experience together.

To find a group that works for you, contact a large travel agency or one that has many offices so that others with your same interests can be assembled. Cruise One is just one of 400 nationwide so if we organize a singles trip I can advise my associates in each of these locations and they can sign up singles in their areas that are also interested in going with others similar to themselves.

One of the travel clubs is called “The Retirement Living Travel Club,” and retired people are grouped together so that they will enjoy the company of others of their generation. Depending on the group’s interest we can organize bridge tournaments, golf games, etc. With the Retirement Living Travel Club group escorts are available to assist if needed. The“Triad Travel Club” caters to singles and families that enjoy traveling together from the Piedmont. There is no membership charge to belong to any of the groups, and everyone stays updated via email. The low prices plus the convenience and fun of traveling with people like you certainly makes a Travel Club a real incentive.

There are also “Themed Vacations.” If you have a particular interest whether it is wine tasting, golf, bingo, cards, dancing, ecological trips etc, a good travel agency can help you come together with others sharing your interests. Any groups with people having a similar interest would be great to start a travel club. Deal with a reputable agency that will work with you on starting your own Travel Club or Themed Vacation. Once you’ve done a trip together I guarantee it will be the start of many other great adventures. Enjoy life, enjoy the world, and enjoy it more with kindred spirits as you create lasting memories together!
